Entering into a contract with us:
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the goods, you will receive an automatic email which informs you we have received your order, this is not an acceptance of order.
In the event we need to reject your order because of any reason we will email you within 24 working hours to advise you of this and offer either an alternative or a full refund.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or we have made a pricing mistake we will advise you of this and offer any available alternatives or a full refund.
When we have accepted your order, you will receive an email to inform you the order as been accepted and this then forms a contract between RuudraScott Plastics and the customer.
How to place an order
When placing an order please use our bespoke cut to size calculator.
All sizes on the website are in millimetres. There is chance of 5-10% variation on sizes entered in calculator due to conversion factor.
All colour images illustrated are for guidance only and will appear slightly different from different monitors based on hue and saturation settings. If you require samples before you commit to your main order, you can purchase these from our website as sample swatches.
All plastic sheets do have a thickness tolerance if your application is critical please call us for guidance.
The panels you are buying using the website come with a standard saw finish, you may also specify a polished edge finish by selecting this in the order fields.
The price shown on the cut to size calculator before you enter your sizes are price per square meter.
Once your items/products are in the baskets the prices are shown with and without V.A.T, at this stage the delivery costs are not shown and these will be applied once you have entered all your details.
You have an option to register an account with us, which will give you access to view your order online, view previous order history. All these details are stored on our website and not submitted to third parties.
You are able to place an order through guest checkout and will not receive any future special offers or promotions we are offering.
We accept payment via Worlpay and Paypal -
Both are secure online payment terminal, Paypal does not require you to have a paypal account to place an order through our website, you can if you wish simply pay using your credit/debit card.
If you have placed an order and need to make amendments, before you receive our acceptance of order you can call our sales team to discuss your amendment. We cannot accept email as a form of notification. Once we have confirmed your notice of change we will update your order and you will be informed via email.

All delivery prices displayed are for UK Mainland ONLY. Please contact us via email ([email protected]) for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and other remote locations such as Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands as there may be an additional delivery charges.
The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order and will be by either Royal Mail, by Courier . For deliveries made by courier someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel.
The risk in goods shall pass to you when the goods are delivered. Delivery is deemed to have taken place once a signature has been received accepting the delivery.
Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery charges are based on a geographical location rate (or free on order totals exceeding �1000.00 ) .
Any Delivery address that is in Northern Scotland/Highlands will be subject to a surcharge of �17.99
All delivery addresses that are outside the UK mainland will be subject to a surcharge of �50.00 + vat
All fabricated orders are exempt from free delivery.
Once we have accepted your order delivery will be 4 - 9 working days. Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email of notification informing you of shipping method and any tracking numbers if applicable.
If you wish to claim for a lost,damaged or delayed shipment or for any other damages you must comply with any applicable convention and with the following procedure, Otherwise we reserve the right to reject your claim.
It is the buyers responsibility to check the goods for any damages/breakages on delivery.
Cancellation and Returns:
All of the products we supply are exempt from the legal right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All of our products are bespoke and produced to your specifications.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance to your legal rights. Its buyer's responsibility to check for any faulty items purchased and inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We wont be able to consider any return/replacement request if notified after 7 days from the date of delivery. Replacement and refund only processed if sheets are damaged in transit, no replacement or refund for bespoke cut panels unless wrong measurement or is damaged in transit.
Changes to these terms:
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
