CNC routing
A guided cutter follows your shape through acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC and foam board. Use it for panels with cut-outs, holes, recesses and curves that a straight saw cannot make.

Acrylic and plastic fabrication
RuudraScott cuts and finishes sheet in our own workshop. One piece or a repeat run, we route, laser-cut, polish and line-bend acrylic, Perspex and other plastics to the drawing you send.
Laser cutting
A narrow beam cuts fine outlines in acrylic and Perspex, including letters, tight internal corners and small parts. The cut edge is neat enough for many display and glazing jobs.
Diamond edge polishing
After cutting, a diamond wheel takes the saw marks off the edge and leaves a clear, glossy finish. It suits splashbacks, shelves, covers and anything the edge will be seen.
Line bending
We heat a straight line in the sheet and fold it to the angle you need. The bend is one piece of plastic, so there is no glued joint on covers, trays, light boxes and guards.
